The word entrepreneur is derived from the French word 'entrepredre'. An entrepreneur is very helpful for the economic development of the country. So, it is very necessary for every entrepreneur is leadership quality, better communication skill, innovative, decision maker, risk taker, hardworking, creative, organizing skill, foresight, technical knowledge, desire for high achievement, clear objective. These are the important quality or features which are necessary in every entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is an economic man whose aim to earn maximumprofit by the innovation and creation.
Biography:
Jean-Baptiste Say was a French economist and businessman.J. B. Say was born in Lyon. In 1793 Say married Mlle Deloche. He lost his wife in January 1830. He died in Paris on 15 November 1832.
Acc. to J.B. Say “An entrepreneur is an agent of economic change. An entrepreneur is very helpful for the economic development of the country. By selling the product in the market, he pays rent of land, pays wages to the labour, interest on capital, entrepreneur aim to earn profit. He says that entrepreneur tries to remove the poverty in the country. But poor people always want to remain the same. For example: when house facilities are provided to the poor people they doesn’t live on this house but gives to the other people and received rent.

His creativity is always simple then afford all the in an easy way and fulfill all the needs. It should not be complex. He is always best leader. When he is best leader then he is best manager. He is an appropriate manager to manage all the things.

Acc.to oxford dictionary "Entrepreneur is only for intermediate between capital and labour. In every entrepreneur has always technical knowledge. He is exploring. It means he had tried new things. He is more educated and higher in social studying.
Features of an entrepreneur:
· Calculate risk taker: He should be able to calculate the risk because when many alternative for doing a work then it is very difficult for the entrepreneur to choose best alternative. Risk is only depending upon potential loss or gain. He must accept only the realistic or measurable risk.
· Innovator: He is always innovator or creates new things so that it is very helpful for the economic development of the country.
· Organizer: He is the best organizer. He is crucial in nature. All the work is not delegate to the subordinate. He must be understandable what type of type delegate to the subordinate.
· Creativity: Every entrepreneur is necessary to more creativity to become a successful. Technical knowledge is very necessary. Now these days, people give more preference to the technical things.
· Self-confident: He is always self-confident because it is very helpful for the efficient or successful running of the business enterprise.
· Optimistic: He is always optimistic. Optimistic means he is always positive thinker.
· IQ: When his IQ is very strong then it is very helpful for the economic development of the country.
· Good communication skill: He is always good communication skill then it can easy convince to the people about the product. He is rational, logical and deep concerned.
