1st Step:
- Gateway of tally --> inventory info.
- inventory info. --> Stock group
- Stock group --> single stock group
- single stock group--> create.
When click on stock group then categories will be opened.
- Single stock group
- Multiple stock group
When click on create button then stock group creation will be opened. Fill the necessary information like name, alias, under only then accept it2nd step:
- Gateway of tally -->inventory info
- inventory info --> unit of measure
- unit of measure--> create.
Then various data feed like type, symbol, formal name, no. of decimal places.
3rd step:
- Gateway of tally --> inventory info.
- inventory info. --> Stock item
- Stock item --> single stock item
- single stock item -->create
When click on stock item then categories will be opened:
- Single stock item
- Multiple stock item
When click on create button then stock item creation will be opened. Fill the necessary information like name, alias, units, under and then accept it. With the help of these steps all the data recorded in a systematic way. The need of inventory record is only when person had do any business. It is necessary for those purposes when person sales and purchase with other co. in large quantity.
